The meal was better than any restaurant! Every single course was delicious, beautiful, perfect portions, great timing in between, perfect temperature, and served with a smile. Our party enjoyed the chef's presentation of the food, the description of what we were eating, and how it was prepared. All eight of my guests called the following day to say it was the best night ever. The food far exceeded expectations and several people have asked us to do it again. The cost was appropriate and equal to the cost of dining in a restaurant. However, the food was better! We could tell that every part of the meal was prepared with great attention to detail. I can't stress enough how wonderful the entire event was. Truly a night to remember... definitely a 10!

I can't say enough about the dining experience in my home. It provided a relaxed atmosphere to savor the aromas, colors, and flavors and was the perfect setting for a lingering evening with friends. He taught me techniques in food presentation, timing of courses, and knife skills, which have already enhanced my ability and comfort level with cooking. He introduced me to ingredients which I have never handled and guided me through intricate processes. He approaches cooking with calmness and precision that belies his underlying passion for food. Chef Ungár timed the dishes perfectly so that guests could anticipate each course as it emerged from the kitchen. He came to the table and introduced each dish to the guests. Thank you for a truly unique and special evening. You've left me and the other guests with an enhanced understanding and appreciation of fine food. I can't wait to have you over for other occasions!

The menu was extraordinarily varied with clearly only quality ingredients used, like truffles, caviar, and foie gras. Chef Ungár is incredibly versatile with dishes ranging from complex, to dishes with clean flavors using the freshest ingredients. The impeccable presentations were artistic and colorful. There was a great array of flavors, bordering on overwhelming, but only after 12 courses! The chef has obvious expertise in both preparation and presentation, with the professionalism and atmosphere just right. I would absolutely do this again!

My dining experience was absolutely fantastic! The quality of the food was excellent. The variety was incredible and I tasted foods that I have never experienced' and enjoyed them! The presentation was a work of art. I can tell how it comes naturally for the chef to present food that is a visual pleasure. The balance of courses was great, with never two heavy or two light dishes served in a row. Same goes for exotic or unusual dishes, which were spaced out allowing me to enjoy the entire meal. I mostly enjoyed hearing all the wonderful things my guests had to say about the chef. I often think about the amazing memories in food you have created. Thank you so much for an incredible evening!
